Did you know that web design is a science? We’ll share with you our winning formula to achieve a successful website that converts!

Over the last 12 years we have created over 800 Dental and Medical websites for our clients and we have discovered that web design is in fact, a science. There are three main elements that make up the formula for a successful website that converts prospects into patients. These are your website content, website design and online marketing. We’ve put together a few tips that will help you understand what you need to do – apart from giving us a call that is…

Communicate Purpose:

Your website should always communicate purpose. Your content should explain clearly and concisely, what’s in it for them. The website has to be product and service driven and get straight to the point.

People Buy People:

You always need a front man. The practitioner has to be the face of the practice and convey the personality of the practice. Your website has to show a more human side to the doctor in informal situations, so prospects feel comfortable trusting you with their health. This can be accomplished by using casual, sporting, family or charity images of the practitioner on the site accompanied by a great biography.

Make That Emotional Connection:

In order to draw new patients into your practice it is imperative to make and emotional connection with potential patients. This can be done using specific images and website copy targeted specifically for your demographic. Emotional connections establish trust, understanding and if done correctly, should instill enough confidence to drive the patient to pick up the phone and contact you.
